If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused products in their original packaging (which includes cellophane and ribbons intact and uncut if applicable) for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order total drops below our free shipping offer, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. (For international orders, only the U.S. portion of the shipping charges apply.) Shipping products back to us are at your expense. You must contact us before you return any products. Be sure to include your order information for proper credit.
You have 5 days from the time your package is dropped off on your doorstep to make any claims regarding breakage and melting.
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you need to make any corrections please notify us immediately. Any charges to reroute a package after it has been sent is at your expense.
When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Keep an eye out for your package. It will arrive at the shipping address specified in the order 1-5 business days from the time that email is sent for U.S. deliveries. If you don’t receive your package within a week, please contact us immediately. You have 5 days from the date UPS, FedEx or USPS claims they delivered the order to report a missing package. We are not responsible for any lost packages after that time.
We reserve the right to charge a 60% restocking fee for any custom orders including all Creative Candles orders.
